Green emerald and blue crystal clear waters

Su Portu de S’Arena, literally ” the harbour of the sand” is a small fascinating shore with light blue and emerald green crystal clear waters: depending on the storm surge, the shore can have either tiny pebbles or sand, while its ends are rocky.
You can see a 1601 Spanish watchtower firstly called Torre del Budel, then Torre di Sant Joan de Budell, and ultimately Torre del Budello. From this promontory, it was easy to spot the Saracen pirates.
Just a few metres away from the shore we can find the Tomba dei Giganti ruins.
